1. My bulky, pain-in-the-ass-to-move desk fit right through the front door, and apartment door, no problems. After moving this desk from place to place, being able to move it in without complications was unbelievable.
2. Hot water! My old apartment you had to run the water for it to get hot, and then it ran out rather quickly. 5 minute showers were the norm. Now I can take longer ones if I want
