1. Good start to the day, but as it dragged on, it got worse. Must have been a full moon out... But there were some good moments
2. I forgot to mention about Friday's Caller of the Day. A lady called in to tell us that a technician had come in to her house to fix the internet connection. Apparently he offered to upgrade her operating system for this lady because she was running Windows 98. She had reservations and wasn't entirely sure about it, but she let him do it anyways. Turns out she was a lawyer and had very important documents on the computer. His format erased all those documents when he upgraded it to Windows XP. ALSO it turns out he did this on company time and charged her for the service, as well as purchasing(but not installing) a new Ethernet card for her. All on company time. Let's just say this guy better have a better lawyer than she is.
3. Caller of the day for today goes out to a tattoo shop owner in California. He felt it necessary to describe his latest tattoo while I was troubleshooting his problem. Apparently he and his buddies were planning on getting stupid tattoos as a joke. His was a pink and purple cat. He also warned me not to get a tattoo on the buttocks. Good advice, I'm sure.
4. When it's all said and done, it was a decent day. I came home, I relaxed, didn't even keep WoW up for 10 minutes, and just chilled.
5. Tomorrow is my last day of overtime. I only hope it isn't like the past two.
