Let it end
1. I'm all moved in. Thank God.
2. My kitty is here now! She is so adorable!
3. My friend's dad got into a car accident, and it turns out he's okay, even if his car isn't.
4. All that white crap out there will be GONE by Wednesday. It can't come any sooner.
5. I've been building in Active Worlds and I find it relaxing. I'm building a Japanese mountain shrine. I love how its turning out.
What an awful weekend. I get done moving in on Friday, something that's cost me about 300 bucks to do. Saturday I decide to spend half the day unpacking and organizing, and the other half doing some shopping. Well ol' Mother Nature decides to take a white dump on Buffalo one last time, and I tell you it wasn't pretty. I was all over roads that should have been closed. I realize I could have just gone back home but there was stuff I truly needed. I first went to Batavia to get some work done on my car so it would pass inspection... However when I got there they told me all I needed was a new wiper blade(another shop said I had to get a new tire and a new center brake light). I did pick up my kitty from my Dad's house, and you can see her below. Her name is Miu Miu(my sister named her, go figure). Then the weather went from bad to worse. I'm so sick of driving in a car right now. I'm sick of this terrible weather. Maybe I'm just plain sick too. Anyways, I relaxed today. No driving, no going outside, just a little unpacking, some laundry and soon bed time. I hope I don't have any homework due tomorrow.

Time's Running Out
1. Managed to move two trips today! The first one was all boxes, the second one my buddy Jason came over and we filled his minivan up with random furniture. Almost done!
2. All this moving has gotten me pumped! It feels good to be active again.
3. 60ºF out today! Hooray for shorts!
4. I found a tape I borrowed from a friend whom I used to work with back in my Wilson Greatbatch days. It had the address to his church, so I mailed it back to them with a letter. I'd really like to see him again, he was a great friend.
5. To celebrate my big move, I springed the $15 to get my car cleaned inside and out. My car, a chrylser LHS, is pretty damn sexy when all the dust is gone.
I'm rich. Not in wealth, but in everything that matters. I realized that I could have easily expended my energy over the years into an effort to make money and be a rich man, but instead I expended energy in making friends, great friends who are always there. I'd enjoy being wealthy for a while, but I doubt it'd be very satisfying for very long. I'm a poor bastard but I don't feel bad- I have a wealth in friends who are there to help if I need it. I'm satisfied with my choices in life and wouldn't change them. I suppose this is just an effort to explain why I'm so optimistic about everything. I have my faith, my purpose, and my friends. What else does a man need?

brinkmanship - The practice, especially in international politics, of seeking advantage by creating the impression that one is willing and able to push a highly dangerous situation to the limit rather than concede.

2. Got my brakes fixed! Didn't cost me as much as I thought they would. My car is so spiffy now.
3. Looking into getting a new chair for my car- shouldn't be more than $50
4. Going up and down the stairs from my apartment to my car 9 times with ~30lbs of stuff is tiring... but strangely invigorating. I really want a weight set.
5. Found a quicker way to work! can't wait to try it tomorrow morning.

Weekend Roundup
1. DJing for the TeenGate Spring Bash was excellent, once people stopped requesting songs that were definitely not danceable. Good job Digigurl! We pulled it off with relatively few bumps.
2. Picked up some awesome music from my roommate- this stuff makes me want to dance. Thankfully I don't have a web cam to embarrass myself
3. Visited the folks for Easter dinner. Delicious ham
4. No school for next week, gonna get packing! Tomorrow I'm helping a friend
5. I've been pretty relaxed the whole weekend. No stress, no mess. However, I noticed on my way back from my dad's that my brakes are grinding. I need to get them looked at ASAP.

Good day!
1. Zoology lab was great. My partner was high, and when we dissected it, we poked the ink sac by mistake, and totally trashed the squid. We couldn't see anything! It was good for a laugh.
2. Figured out my class schedule today! I've managed to push everything into blocks, instead of having time in between classes.
3. I called NYSEG- my power will be turned on Monday
4. No work tomorrow! w00t!
5. Had a cool conversation with Amanda and Goob. I need to do this more often. I'm hoping to get the majority of my packing done the next few days. one week from now and I'll be in my new apartment ![]()

1. I did my first book talk in my literacy class. That was a lot of fun- I got to use one of my favorite books from high school, "Do Penguins Have Knees?" This book is awesome for discovering the answers to many questions we ask but don't take the time to ponder.
2. I talked to her today, shared my thoughts and feelings. She's okay, I'm okay, we're all fine here, right now... How are you?
3. Mmm wings sounds like a good dinner.
4. I'm enjoying a delicious book called Fires of Heaven. Book 5 of the Wheel of Time series. This author is fantastic.

1. Finished my homework, got some cleaning done.
2. Had a recalled part replaced today(a mild distraction, but it also gave me ideas on how to replace my chair)
3. Called People Inc. - hopefully my future place of employment. The ball is rolling
4. Finished my sugar-free chocolate easter bunny. Mmm chocolate.
5. Did some heavy thinking about her. I think I'm going to be okay, even if its just as her friend. Sugar-free jello makes a good meal replacement, almost as good as a few spoonfuls of peanut butter. Yum ![]()

It's tough to be positive
1. She has a boyfriend. At least she's happy, even if it isn't with me.
2. Plenty of fish in the sea?
3. Educational Psychology exam was a breeze. Literally. I created a small wind current from writing answers so fast.
4. After yesterday's massive screwup in terms of my diet, I got through today without screwing up. 2 more days of induction X-|
5. Friday is going to be great. Only one class to worry about, after that I'm free.
We were talking after class and she asked me if I'd help her with something. Turns out she would like someone to take pictures of her in clothing she intends to sell on Ebay. I agreed to it. Then I asked her to dinner on Friday. It was then she told me she had a boyfriend, apparently she met him the week before she met me. Lucky bastard. She told me I was cute and all but she was already seeing someone. I still think I should fulfill my obligation that I made, but I'm going to ask her if she thinks its appropriate now that she knows how I feel. I am paying the bitter price for falling in love, but in the end I think it was worth it. I don't fall in love very often and it was good to let my heart sing again.
